Bison loaf with tomato mustard glaze
Preheat oven to 370 F
Ingredients:
1 lb. lean ground Bison
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2/3 cup diced sweet onion
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 egg, lightly beaten
8 ounces canned diced tomatoes with juice
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
Mix ingredients together and form into two loaves Topping: 2/3 c Heinz Ketchup 2T Fine mustard (Gordon's mustard powder reconstituted as directed) 3T Brown Sugar Mix ingredients and cover two loaves. Bake for one hour. The juiciest, most tender meatloaf ever. -Cilo
