The National Bison Association (NBA) is a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to the success of the producers, processors, marketers and consumers that are our members. Membership is the life line of any association and your membership is vital to our continued commitment to building a profitable and sustainable future for the bison industry. On behalf of all our members, the NBA promotes bison production as a sustainable ranching model, advocates in the legislative arena, provides educational and business resources, and feeds the consumer's growing appreciation for the great taste and nutritional benefits of bison meat. *LIFE - $3000 One Time Investment

*ACTIVE - $200 Annual Dues
Designed for people active in bison production who own at least one bison, or intend to. Active members receive the Bison Breeders Handbook, the quarterly Bison World magazine, the annual Membership Directory, the monthly Bison Connection newsletter, the Weekly Update e-newsletter, discounts on all NBA promotional materials, access to the members' section of the Web site, eligibility to participate in the NBA Source Verification Program as well as all NBA sales, conferences and functions.
*Voting privileges are only offered to Life & Active Members.

*ALLIED INDUSTRY - $250 Annual Dues
Open to people who are not actively raising bison, but are involved in the industry otherwise. Includes subscription to Bison World magazine, the Weekly Update, the annual Membership Directory, discounts on all NBA promotional materials, access to the members' section of www.bisoncentral.com where archived Bison Connection newsletters are available and invitations to all NBA sales, conferences and functions.

*JUNIOR - $50 Annual Dues for individuals ages 13 - 21. Age will be verified.


*STUDENT AFFILIATE - $200 Annual Dues for student groups, up to ten students.


*FRIEND OF THE BUFFALO - $50 Annual Dues
Designed for "Friends of the American Buffalo." Affiliate members receive a subscription to Bison World magazine, a cookbook with delicious buffalo recipes, and exciting information about the reintrouduction of buffalo across the American landscape. NOTE: Affiliate membership does not include members-only website content or discounts on NBA promotional materials.


*$5 US funds extra for our Canadian and Mexican friends, $15 US funds extra for our other International members to cover mailing expenses. Please remit only in US funds (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express accepted.)
