Problems Logging into the Site

1. If you had a user login on the old website, it will not work on the new site launched on 2/17/2011.   Please click here to create a new user account.
2. If you created a user account on the new site (after 2/17/2011), click here to recover your password.

Creating a User Login

1. If you don't already have a username and password to the site, click here to create a user account.
2. If you have a login but forgot your password, click here to recover your password.

Creating a Trading Board Posting

1. If you don't already have one, create a user account.  Otherswise, login to the website using your username and password.
2. Click here to Create a Trading Board Posting
3. Once you save your post you will need to check out via our online store in order to post your ad.  Ads will be reviewed and posted approximately 48 hours after they are submitted.

NBA Members:  Creating a Member Profile

1. If you don't already have one, create a user account.  Otherswise, login to the website using your username and password.
2. Go to Member's Area >> My Membership to see your user account info
3. Click the "Member Profile" button towards the top to update your profile information.
4. You must set your privacy settings in order to make your Member Profile available to other NBA members.  To do this, go to the "Privacy Settings" secion and check off the "Show my listing in the Member's Directory: " option.

NBA Members:  Creating a Buyer's Guide Listing

1. If you don't already have one, create a user login.  Otherswise, login to the website using your username and password.
2. Go to Member's Area >> My Membership to see your user account info
3. Click the "Member Profile" button towards the top to update your profile information.
4. Scroll down and expand the "Buyer's Guide" section and fill out all the fields.
5. You must set your privacy settings in order to make your Buyer's Guide posting available to both the general public as well as other NBA members.  To do this, go to the "Privacy Settings" secion and check off the "Show my listing in the Buyer's Guide:" option.

NBA Members: Obtaining member-only pricing in the online store

1. If you don't already have one, create a user login.  Otherswise, login to the website using your username and password.
2. As long as you are logged into the site the prices you see in the store will be member-only prices.

 Online Store Orders

• At any time, you can login with your username and password to see your order history and reprint receipts.
